Intern Housing Registration 2019 - Policies

Welcome to the 2019 Summer Housing Policies Page. Please read the following important policies carefully and acknowledge that you understand at the bottom of the page. You will then be directed to the registration page.

  • Registration: Registration will remain open from February 4th, 2019 through May 15th, 2019.

  • Deposit and Payment: Upon registering, you will be required to submit a $250.00 deposit payment to hold your space. The balance is due 5 business days prior to your move in date, and your $250.00 deposit will be applied to the balance. If we do not receive payment within 5 business days of your move in date, your reservation will be cancelled, deposit forfeited and your bed will be released back into the system.

  • Check In: Check in Times are limited to the following:
    Monday—Saturday 7am—11pm and Sunday 12pm—11pm.
    The on call staff are available to assist with check in’s from 7pm—11pm only.

  • Check Out: Daily 7am—3pm
    If you rented linen; it needs to be returned to the office upon check out. You will be charged a $20 fee if the complete packet is not returned in the original packaging to the office.

  • Express Check Out: For those needing to check out prior to 7am, there will be detailed instructions offered at check in. If this applies to you, please inquire at that time.

  • Reservation Cancellations: If you need to cancel your room reservation for any reason, this must be done at least 30 days prior to your check in date to receive your deposit back. Your deposit will be forfeited if it is 29 days or less prior to your check in date.
